Murrayfield – future redevelopment feasibility

Wrenbridge Sport are leading a team that is assessing the feasibility and business case for the future redevelopment of Murrayfield for Scottish Rugby. The study has assessed the existing condition of the stadium and the works required to both refurbish the venue back to original health as well as what will be involved to ensure it complies with modern standards.

Alongside this the team are looking at how additional hospitality spaces can be developed with a tiering model introduced across the stadium to ensure that revenues are maximised as well as providing the ability to expand non-match day activities.

The team are also reviewing with wider campus and the opportunities that can be created in order to help provide capital funding for the stadium redevelopment.

Alongside this feasibility study, Wrenbridge Sport are project managing works to provide some initial hospitality lounges within the existing main stand.
