Wrenbridge Sport are appointed as project manager by Crest Experiences to manage the design, planning and delivery of London’s first inland multi-sport surfing destination. The £60m state-of-the-art facility, called Surf London, will create an oasis of sport, health and wellbeing and leisure activities in a biodiverse parkland setting. The main feature will be the new in-land surf centre, that will sit along with outdoor leisure activities, campsite, and a golf experience all set within 100 acres.

After an extensive period of design and stakeholder consultation, planning was granted for the scheme by the London Borough of Enfield and the Great London Authority in September 2025. The project has also received an Environment Agency permit – both key steps in the progressing the project.

The project is now completing its detailed design whilst working with the Lee Valley Regional Park Authority to finalise lease documentation. Works are anticipated to start on site in 2026 and are due for completion in 2027
