Wrenbridge Sport were the project manager for the delivery of the Cambridge United new training facilities located at Bentley Rd. The facilities will serve the first and under 18 teams and the upgrade aimed to create an elite professional environment for players and staff.

The facilities were deliver via a modular build and provide changing and physio rooms, a gym, catering kitchen and dining area, office suites and a 30 seat analysis theatre. The facilities will meet the high sustainability standards of BREEAM Excellent, and include a green roof and associated landscaping The scheme was completed in November 2023.
