Whilst at Drivers Jonas between 2000 and 2006, Richard Arnold was project manager for the development and expansion of Charlton Athletic’s training ground and youth academy including:

• – Expansion of First Team Pavilion and training facilities;
• – Construction of new indoor hall for the Academy;
• – Refurbishment of Academy changing rooms and community offices;
• – Acquisition of sports ground and upgrading of playing surfaces for elite use.

• The site is located in metropolitan open land and required extensive negotiation and coordination with the local planning authority.
