Wrenbridge Sport were lead consultant for the feasibility study and business planning for the redevelopment of Dalymount Stadium in Dublin.

The stadium in the past has been the historic home of Irish football having staged many internationals and cup finals before falling into disrepair in recent years.

The stadium is also the home of Bohemians FC and is also set to be shared with Shelbourne FC in 2020.

Our role was to look at the realistic capacity of a redeveloped stadium based on the existing site constraints and long-term vision for the crowds that can be attracted to future events.  The conclusion with a 6,000 stadium to be developed to meet UEFA Category 3 standards.  Alongside this the team undertook a detailed business analysis and forecast that focused on the integration and usage of the local community and the type of events that could be expected to be staged at the stadium on non-match days.
